CureiOS Health eApp Private Ltd ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to providing high-quality products and services to our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we want to hear from you. This refund policy (the "Policy") explains our refund policies and procedures.
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You have not received the product or service that you purchased.
- You received a defective product or service.
- You are not satisfied with the product or service and request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for products or services that have been used or consumed.
How to request a refund:To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@uhi.app with the following information:
- Your name and contact information.
- To process payments: We may use your payment information to process payments for subscriptions or other products or services you purchase through the App.
- A description of the product or service you purchased.
- The reason for your refund request.
Our team will review your request and determine if you are eligible for a refund based on the above criteria.
Refund process:If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 14 days of receiving your request. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will issue a refund check to the mailing address on file.
